Returns: Because all items are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, or custom items are final sale.

Refund Process: Email customersupport@manypots.org with order details and photos (if applicable).

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
